Job Title: Accounts Executive

Experience: 3–5 Years

Location: Arfa Technology Park, Lahore

Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to payroll processing, accounting data entry, and Odoo ERP, and be comfortable handling day-to-day finance activities with accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries, including vouchers, invoices, receipts, and journal entries
• Handle payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, allowances, and timely disbursements
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records and support statutory compliance related to payroll
• Perform data entry and reconciliation of financial transactions in Odoo ERP
• Maintain general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable records
• Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Coordinate with HR for payroll inputs and employee-related financial data
• Support internal and external audits by providing required data and reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Mandatory experience with payroll processing
• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is a must
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, reconciliation, reporting)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
