Job Description

Client Information:

We are representing an MNC specialising in supplying and distributing technical textiles, industrial and specialty chemicals, and machinery & electronics equipment

  • Handle full set of accounts (preferably with knowledge of UBS accounting system & e-invoicing).
  • Review and reconcile accounts, invoice billings, process payments and receipts, AR and AP.
  • Maintain updated records of invoices and documentations.
  • Oversee the operations & finances while manager is absent.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in accounts.
  • Able to handle full set of accounts independently.
  • Strong understanding of AR/AP, billing, payment or processing, and account reconciliation.
  • Independent, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to manage day-to-day finance and admin tasks.
