Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and enthusiastic
Accounts Executive
to join the finance team in their Shared Service Centre. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and compliant execution of transactional finance processes and providing essential support for monthly closing, reporting, and analysis. Job Responsibilities

• 
  Manage
  Accounts Payable (AP), payments, and staff claims
  , strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the Shared Service Centre framework.

• 
  Prepare various
  financial reports and analysis
  for internal stakeholders.

• 
  Actively assist in
  month-end closing activities
  , including the preparation of detailed audit and tax schedules.

• 
  Provide support for the
  budgeting and forecasting
  processes.

• 
  Handle any
  ad-hoc assignments
  or special projects as directed by management.

Requirements

• 
  Possess a
  Degree in Accounting/Finance
  or an equivalent professional qualification.

• 
  Fresh graduates
  are strongly preferred for this entry-level position.

  Excellent command of both
  written and spoken English

  Proficiency in computer applications, particularly
  Microsoft Excel
