Inventory control
Matching and Checking of Invoice - Invoices must be matched with PO and original DO and GRN
Prepare and provide documentation to internal control teams
General administrative
Record Keeping and Filing: Organizing and maintaining records, files, and databases.
Data Entry and Reporting: Entering data into spreadsheets and reports, and preparing regular reports for management.
Clerical Duties: Typing, proofreading, and preparing documents and presentations.
Office Management: Overseeing day-to-day operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Communication: Answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders

Appraisal system management
Leave management
Overseeing employee benefits programs, and Developing and implementing compensation strategies.
Training and Development: Identifying training needs and developing training programs, Coordinating training sessions and workshops, and Tracking employee development progress
Compliance and Legal
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Managing employee records and documentation.
Staying up-to-date on changes in employment laws and regulations
