Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial reports, balance sheet schedules, and monthly bank reconciliations
  • Post monthly journal entries and assist with general ledger tasks
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and handling petty cash
  • Maintain fixed asset and lease schedules
  • Provide administrative support for finance meetings and audits
  • Monitor debtor aging and follow up on outstanding accounts

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Accountancy
  • Min 3 years of accounting experience
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
