ABOUT THE ROLE
Assist the Finance Manager in the day to day running of the Accounts Department for all Eakin Healthcare
Companies. This role is a maternity cover for a fixed term of approx 12 months
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Purchase Ledger
• Process supplier Stock/non-stock invoices through Kefron AP
• Manage and train users on Kefron AP
• Reconcile Supplier Statements
• Deal with supplier queries
• Processing the payments
• Reconcile Direct debits and PL payments on account
• Month end accruals
Expenses
• Administer expense claims and company credit card submissions processes group wide (with the
exception of AML)
• Maintain expense claim and credit card submission forms
• Train staff members on submission processes
• Collate sustainability information for submission to Sustainability Analyst
Finance General Duties
• Processing banking
• Bank Reconciliations (Holiday Cover)
• Assisting with Month end Reporting duties when required
• General Duties as and when needed

>Surgical - We manufacture and distribute high-quality single use surgical instruments that are sold worldwide.
