We are looking for a reliable and organizedOffice Assistant with basic knowledge in accounts to support our daily-to-day office activities.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare vouchers, day to day cash transactions and coordination with accounts section for payments (Salary process, expenses)
To assist admin officer in preparing circulars, office orders, vendor comparative statements and commute to other institutions for delivery of documents, pamphlets or any asserts if required.
Maintain the ledgers and registers of internal and external official communications, and other clerical works.
Maintain the records of students & lecturers, accounting files & documents in physical and digital records in accounting software.
Required to handle banking activities
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in commerce, accounting or finance.
1 – 3 years of experience as an office assistant in accounts department or in a similar role
Male candidates preferred
Knowledge in MS word, MS Excel, Accounting software
Two-wheeler with license is required
Ability to manage time and tasks effectively
