Job Description

Our client is an established sports school located in Science Park. They are looking for a high-caliber candidate to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting: Handle daily accounting tasks, including invoice processing, expense reimbursements, and assisting with month-end/year-end close. Support the annual audit process and maintain compliance with GAAP and tax laws. Assist in ensuring adherence to financial control policies and procedures.
• Administration: Manage company secretarial duties, office supplies, and maintenance. Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment. Liaise with vendors. Support project implementation and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to identifying and implementing process improvements within accounting and business operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and administrative support.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Chinese word processing skills are required.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua proficiency is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
