In the Bunnings Frame & Truss centres, we continue our long history of servicing the needs of Australian trades. Our product ranges from electrical, plumbing, landscaping and building jobs, sourced and supplied sustainability from different parts of the world. This creates great opportunities for you to build your career with us.

Bunnings Frame and Truss continues to grow across Australia and with this brings new opportunities to join our close-knit family. With this growth we now have an opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join the Warnervale Frame & Truss team This newly created integral role will be to prepare and manage all customer orders and invoicing for the Frame & Truss site.

What you can expect to do:

  • Follow up and maintain customer accounts

  • Assist with processing and receipt of cash sale payments

  • Place initial orders with suppliers

  • Cross reference for duplication, print and enter new orders

  • Process quotes, orders, goods inwards and sales

  • Daily invoicing of ensuring transport costs and total invoice amounts are correct

  • Data entry and administration of back charges and credit claims

  • Maintain electronic job records from receipt of signed quote

  • Assist with processing and receipt of cash sale payments

  • Action credits with approval from Team Leaders

What we need from you:

  • Previous Accounts Receivable experience

  • Strong Administration experience including processing purchase orders

  • Ability to respond to emails and action in a timely manner

  • Ability to multi task with an organised approach

  • Excellent communication skills

  • High accuracy and attention to detail

  • Great customer service skills

  • Ability to problem solve and think critically

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel
