About the role

You’ll be joining our National Shared Services team, a collaborative and high-performing group that supports projects across Australia.

It’s a supportive environment, the team works closely together, and celebrates the small wins (yes, birthdays included), and values reliability and consistency. You’ll also have the chance to build relationships with a wide range of people across the business, from project teams on site through to procurement and finance.

Key responsibilities

  • Processing goods receipting for projects.

  • Matching invoices to purchase orders and approvals.

  • Supporting AR reconciliations.

  • Investigating and resolving discrepancies (including following up with project teams and suppliers).

  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting general finance admin.

About you

  • Experience in an accounts or admin-based role.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to double-check your work.

  • Confident communication skills, comfortable following up and asking questions.

  • Basic to intermediate Excel and computer skills.
