About the role
The position is primarily responsible for assisting the Commercial team in the role of invoicing duties. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Liaising with the Operations team to ensure invoicing batches are reviewed, approved, and processed in a timely manner
Coordinating manual invoice, credit, and credit-reinvoice requests through the appropriate approval processes
Updating client rates and uploading invoices to client portals as required
Ensuring compliance with business processes, system requirements, and organisational standards
Assisting with the timely resolution of collections-related issues.
Skills & experience
Demonstrated experience in an administration/accounting role
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other accounting systems
Strong analytical and customer service skills
