An Accounts Administrator who is responsible for the accounting processes of diverse property portfolio’s consisting of commercial, industrial & retail properties.
The Accounts Administrator supports Client Accountants and Property Managers by providing accurate and timely financial reporting, processing supplier payments, completing bank reconciliations, and assisting with VAT returns across managed commercial property portfolios.
The role involves a broad range of day-to-day accounting activities, with a strong emphasis on rent accounting, service charge management, and property-related financial administration.
