Our client is a well-established organization in the travel industry seeking a detail-oriented professional to support its accounting and finance operations.

Job Overview

The Accounts role will support day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with financial reporting and reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.
• Prepare invoices and perform account reconciliations.
• Maintain general ledger records and accounting documentation.
• Assist with monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports and related documentation.
• Record and review expenses and employee expense reports.
• Support tax-related documentation and reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Good knowledge of accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
