You will be hired by Rakuten Group, Inc. and expected to be seconded to Rakuten Total Solutions, Inc. (RTS).
RTS is a shared services company in the group (100% subsidiary, about 2,000 employees), and provides end-to-end support for corporate operations: planning and launch, consulting, on-site operations, and system/IT setup and operations.
You will start in Accounting or Management Accounting at RTS. If you want, you may also work on accounting for Rakuten Group subsidiaries. In the future, as we participate in the job rotation program offered by the Finance & Accounting Division of Rakuten Group, Inc., you will have the opportunity to build a diverse career in finance and accounting beyond RTS.
RTS Finance & Accounting uses digital transformation (DX) to reduce manual work and aims to change the function from a cost center to a profit center.
