
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized professional to manage both our daily accounting operations and warehouse activities. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety – from reconciling invoices to overseeing inventory and shipping.
Key Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and expense reports
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Prepare monthly financial summaries and assist with budget tracking
Manage payroll and sales tax filings (if applicable)
Requirements:
2+ years of combined experience in accounting/bookkeeping and warehouse/inventory management
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and inventory systems ( Excel)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or logistics preferred
Bonus Skills
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP)
Forklift certification
