What will your functions be?

• Gestión contable y administrativa: contabilización de facturas y control de ingresos; preparación de pagos a proveedores; revisión y seguimiento del cierre mensual.
• Gestión de trámites y obligaciones: pago de tasas y derechos aduaneros; coordinación y gestión de VISAS; cumplimiento de requisitos administrativos relacionados con operaciones internacionales.
• Facturación y control financiero emisión y seguimiento de facturación; control de cobros y conciliación de cuentas; apoyo en la elaboración de informes financieros.

What are we looking for?

• Formación específica: Formación Técnica Superior y/o Grado en Administración, Contabilidad, Economía o similar.
• Experiencia mínima de 2 - 3 años en puestos similares.
• Valorables conocimientos del sector de Logística
• Inglés: nivel medio (B2).
• Excel y Paquete Office: nivel avanzado.
