ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Lead with big-picture thinking. You are coming here to build strong processes that scale with our growing business while ensuring accurate, timely and efficient accounting operations. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Lead and oversee daily accounting operations (including AP, AR, payroll and reconciliations).
- Manage the month-end and year-end close process.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and other regulatory requirements.
- Create and implement scalable accounting procedures and processes.
- Coach, develop and guide accountants and specialists.
- Support leadership and partner with Finance & Operations to align accounting treatments.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive work experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Good understanding of international accounting standards and marketplace experience is a plus.
- Confidence in process design and implementation.
- Comfortable operating in a fast changing environment.
- Fluency in English both verbally and in writing.
SALARY
The offered salary range for this position is €4,700 - €5,700 (gross) per month. Please keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.
