We are seeking an Accounting & Tax Staff who is detail oriented and proactive professional who thrives in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in accounting and be confident in handling journal entries within accounting systems, including making necessary adjustments when required. We are looking for someone who is hardworking and demonstrates a strong sense of ownership in their work. The objective of this role is to drive improvements in the SG team’s recording processes, ensuring greater accuracy and maintaining up to date data.
Responsibilities:
Record and maintain daily financial transactions into accounting systems
Assist in maintaining of accurate financial records, including journals and ledgers
Assist in financial closing process
Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are properly documented
Requirement & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
1-2 years of experience in corporate accounting & tax.
Profiency in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with ERP system is a plus
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and solution oriented
