We are looking for an experienced Accounting & Tax Manager to join our Finance team in Kocaeli, Türkiye In this role, you will be responsible for leading the accounting and tax functions, ensuring compliance with statutory and group requirements, managing treasury activities, and driving continuous improvement across financial processes and systems.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with statutory regulations, group policies, and internal controls.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve best practices for statutory and group accounting processes.
• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and oversee the accurate and timely preparation and submission of tax returns and statutory filings.
• Prepare and deliver timely, accurate financial reports and provide financial insights to support business decision-making.
• Review reconciliations prepared by the accounting team and resolve complex accounting and reconciliation issues.
• Oversee treasury operations while maintaining strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Manage and optimize Oracle Fusion and SAP FI/CO systems, ensuring efficient system performance, continuous improvements, and resolution of functional and technical issues.
• Monitor changes in accounting standards, tax legislation, and financial regulations, ensuring compliance and providing guidance to the business.
• Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team by fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance.
• Support the Accounting & Reporting Manager in financial reporting, compliance activities, and other departmental initiatives as required.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA or equivalent) is required.
• 10–12+ years of progressive experience in accounting and tax, including at least 5 years in a managerial or senior accounting role.
• Strong experience in corporate accounting within large and complex organizations.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion and SAP FI/CO is essential.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish tax legislation, statutory reporting requirements, and financial regulations.
• Fluency in both English and Turkish, written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business acumen with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
