Title:  Accounting & Tax Manager

Industry: Trading

Our client, a leading distributor of infant formula, baby foods, feeding bottles, and baby wipes, exclusively imports from Switzerland, Thailand, and China. They are seeking an experienced Accounting & Tax Manager with strong expertise in financial management, tax compliance, and team leadership to support their growing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

• Develop and enforce accounting policies.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare financial statements and manage bank reconciliations.

Tax Compliance & Reporting

• Prepare and file tax reports (VAT, withholding, profit tax, etc.) in compliance with Cambodian tax laws.
• Manage tax audits and work with external auditors.
• Update the team on tax regulations and changes.

Financial Analysis & Strategy

• Monitor financial data to identify trends and risks.
• Conduct risk assessments and assist with budgeting and forecasting.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor the accounting and tax team.
• Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.

Key Skills Required

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks)
• Strong knowledge of Cambodian tax laws and international accounting standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify financial trends and risks
• High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
