
Position: Accounting Support Specialist
Number of hours: 20 hours/week
Schedule: GST
Tasks required:
Manage and update financial records in QuickBooks (Bills, Invoices, bank entries, closing journals)
Reconcile Shopify and Amazon information over to Quickbooks
Perform GAAP-compliant revenue and expense matching
Maintain and update inventory tracking using Google Sheets
Complete account reconciliations and financial reporting
Support day-to-day accounting tasks and ad hoc duties as needed
Other accounting/audit related tasks as assigned
Requirements
Background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
Experience with Shopify and Amazon seller operations is required.
Hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online
Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Excellent communication skills in English
No work required during holidays
