As our Accounting Supervisor, you'll be a hands-on leader who drives operational excellence, develops talent, improves processes, and helps shape the future of our Finance function. As the Accounting Supervisor, you'll oversee day-to-day accounting operations while leading and developing members of the Finance team.
Key responsibilities include:
No two days are exactly the same.
You may start your morning helping team members navigate challenges, setting priorities, and ensuring critical deadlines stay on track.
Midday often includes reviewing reconciliations, validating financial information, strengthening controls, and ensuring reports are accurate and decision-ready.
In the afternoon, you'll shift gears into improvement mode. You might redesign a reporting process, simplify a workflow, improve a spreadsheet, or identify a more efficient way to accomplish recurring tasks.
Before the day ends, you'll connect with the Finance Director to discuss priorities, provide updates, identify risks, and recommend solutions that keep the business moving forward.
