Responsibilities
- Supervise and review accounting assignments, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely completion.
- Manage a portfolio of local and international clients across various industries.
- Prepare and review financial statements, management accounts, and related financial reports.
- Oversee VAT compliance processes, including the preparation and review of VAT returns.
- Prepare and review corporate tax computations and tax filings.
- Support, mentor, and guide junior members of the accounting team.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing queries and maintaining strong relationships.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and billing activities while providing updates to management.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance departmental efficiency.
Requirements
- Fully qualified Accountant.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience within a professional services or corporate services environment will be considered an asset.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high level of client service.
