Job Description

• Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines
• Support month-end and year-end close processes, including review of journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Oversee intercompany transactions and ensure proper balancing across entities
• Monitor and reconcile cash activity, ensuring timely posting of remittances and accurate reporting
• Maintain recurring accounting schedules, including amortizations, accruals, and expense allocations
• Assist with external audit, providing schedules and documentation as needed
• Support compliance with government and regulatory filings, such as business property taxes and other periodic reports
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and enhance team efficiency

Target Compensation: $82,000 - $90,000 annually

This position requires strong technical accounting skills, sound judgment, and the ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the integrity of financial information.
