Your Role: Accounting Supervisor (General Ledger)

As an Accounting Supervisor, you’ll oversee key accounting functions, ensure compliance with US GAAP, and lead a small team to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting. This is a hands-on leadership role with visibility across the organization.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee monthly cash, lease, and debt accounting; review journal entries for accuracy
  • Review account reconciliations, validate balances, and resolve discrepancies
  • Supervise preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements, explaining variances
  • Manage unvouchered liabilities in collaboration with purchasing
  • Monitor staff performance, set goals, and provide feedback and recognition
  • Supervise JDE fixed asset accounting processes and ensure compliance with US GAAP

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • 4+ years of accounting experience; prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience with JD Edwards ERP strongly preferred
  • CPA designation a plus (not required)
