We are seeking an Accounting Student that is available for 4-16 months starting in January 2027 for our Calgary office.

Responsibilities

• Entering invoices into the PCL accounting system.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Inter-company invoicing.
• Courier and phone costing.
• Running and updating reports.
• Reconciling supplier statements.
• Visa card reconciliations.
• Preparing accounts receivable report.
• Weekly cheque printing.
• Client progress billings.
• Subcontract administration.

Qualifications

• Application of various computer software programs will be required, including word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
