Job Description


Level Up is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our team. This position is open to fresh graduates who are eager to learn and develop their skills in accounting and business operations. The successful candidate will provide administrative and accounting support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist the Accounting Team with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks.


  • Help organize, maintain, and file financial and business documents.


  • Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation as required.


  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding documents and information requests.


  • Ensure that records and files are updated and properly maintained.


  • Assist in data entry and verification of information for accuracy and completeness.


  • Provide general support to the Accounting Department and perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Business Administration, Financial Management, Management Accounting, or any related business course.


  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.


  • Willing to learn and be trained in accounting and administrative processes.


  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.


  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills.


  • Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.


  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.


Pre-Employment Requirements


Qualified candidates must be willing to:


  • Submit a Barangay Clearance


  • Submit a Police Clearance


  • Submit Drug Test result


  • Complete several assessments, including personality and psychological evaluations prior to onsite interview.
