As our Accounting Specialist, you play a key role in ensuring rock‑solid financial operations for the Dutch entity. In this role, you will: Guarantee accurate, complete, and timely financial administration — the backbone of operational excellence. Drive professionalization and process optimization, shaping how we work tomorrow. Improve internal controls and compliance, keeping us aligned with tax laws, Dutch GAAP, internal policies, and evolving standards. Deliver reliable management and group reporting, contributing directly to international transparency and decision-making.

In this role, you collaborate incidentally with colleagues in Germany and other PROBAT locations. You work closely with Group Finance, cross-functional teams, and external partners such as auditors, tax advisors, and specialists supporting our digital transformation.
Your Tasks:
- Executing core cost accounting activities (standard cost calculation, cost allocation, hourly rates)
- Maintaining Work in Progress (WIP) documentation and administrative backups
- Preparing annual report specifications and supporting year‑end deliverables
- Ensuring correct sales pricing, loan connections, and cost center control
- Contributing to digitalization efforts within Finance and maintaining structured administrative processes (e.g., Salesforce, Log5)
- Supporting the internal control framework (ICFR/SOX‑light) and ensuring adherence to financial policies
- Managing audit‑related documentation and maintaining compliant financial processes
- Handling agent agreements and other compliance‑related administrative tasks
- Delivering accurate stakeholder and management reporting (e.g., commission calculations, pricing insights)
