Join U.S. Bank’s Global Capability Center (USBIPL) in Chennai and take the next step in your accounting and financial operations career. In this role, you’ll independently manage reconciliations, resolve more complex issues, and help strengthen quality and controls across key banking processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Independently perform daily reconciliations and exception analysis across assigned accounts
  • Lead investigation and resolution of complex or recurring differences
  • Analyze data from multiple reports and systems to identify root causes
  • Ensure documentation is complete, clear, and audit‑ready
  • Proactively escalate risks, trends, or control concerns with facts and impact
  • Act as a key contact for your assigned reconciliation area
  • Support process improvements and reduction of recurring breaks
  • Work across assigned functional areas: Retail Cash, ATM, Payment Card activity, Network Settlement

Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in accounting, reconciliations, or financial operations
  • Strong understanding of reconciliation fundamentals and GL concepts
  • Ability to work independently and exercise judgment
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset
  • Comfortable working with multiple data sources and Excel
  • Clear, confident written communication for documentation and stakeholder updates
