Job Description

At U.S. Bancorp India, we’re on a journey to do our best. We believe it takes all of us to bring our shared ambition to life, and each person is unique in their potential. A career with U.S. Bancorp India gives you a wide, ever-growing range of opportunities to discover what makes you thrive at every stage of your career. Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at—all from Day One.

About U.S. Bancorp India Private Limited (USBIPL)

U.S. Bancorp India Private Limited (USBIPL) is U.S. Bank’s new Global Capability Center in Chennai, joining one of India’s most dynamic GCC ecosystems. We are not here to do “easy work.” USBIPL will be a core part of U.S. Bank’s Global Financial Operations, running critical processes in accounts payable, travel and expense, and financial reconciliations.

At USBIPL you will:

  • Work on the ground floor of a new GCC, helping define what “great” looks like for a major U.S. bank.
  • Use modern tools like Workday Financials instead of legacy systems.
  • Learn how a bank really works behind the scenes: corporate disbursements, source‑to‑pay, cash and ATM flows, and network settlements.
  • Be employed and HR‑managed by U.S. Bancorp India Private Limited in Chennai, reporting into an India leadership structure, while taking daytoday work direction from U.S.based leaders in Global Financial Operations.

If you bring curiosity, a willingness to communicate the hard stuff, and a strong sense of team, you will help us build something new — and build your own career along the way.
