Job Description

The Financial Reporting Supervisor is in charge of supervising, coaching and monitoring the financial reporting staff. Responsible for ensuring that all transactions are timely, accurately and properly recorded for purposes of maintaining the books of accounts of the retail segment entities. Provide relevant financial information for Management reporting requirements. Prepares variance analysis and projects performance reviews. Assist in the reviews designs and imposition of adequate internal control systems to safeguard Company assets and interests, and to enable the Company to attain its goals and objectives. Assist in the process improvements projects and implementation for work efficiencies and effective turnaround time without sacrificing controls.
