Our client is a performance-based marketing company that helps businesses generate recurring revenue from existing customer databases through consent-based SMS, email, and paid media campaigns. The company manages campaigns, tracks performance, and provides partners with transparent reporting and monthly revenue payouts.

✍ Short Description:

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to support the tracking and reconciliation of payments generated through digital marketing campaigns. This role will focus on reviewing weekly and monthly campaign data, determining the amounts owed based on campaign performance, and reconciling those amounts against actual payments received. The position combines accounting and reconciliation work with basic use of campaign tracking platforms. Advanced technical knowledge is not required, but the ability to comfortably navigate online platforms and learn new tools is important.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Review weekly and monthly campaign performance data to determine amounts owed.
• Access campaign tracking platforms to retrieve performance and payment information.
• Reconcile expected payments against actual deposits and payments received.
• Identify discrepancies between amounts owed and amounts paid and track outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate records of payments, campaign data, and reconciliations.
• Prepare recurring reports and summaries using financial and campaign data.
• Work with spreadsheets to organize, analyze, and track payment information.
• Learn and use campaign tracking platforms such as Voluum, Everflow, and CAKE.

💡 Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Finance, or a related area.
• Experience with reconciliation, payment tracking, or financial reporting.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers and financial information with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to identify and investigate discrepancies between expected and actual payments.
• Comfortable learning and navigating new software platforms.
• Basic technical aptitude; experience with Voluum, Everflow, CAKE, or similar tracking platforms is a plus.
