We are seeking a Financial Reporting Specialist who will play a strategic role in supporting accounting and financial reporting activities, ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and integrity of reported financial information, as well as regulatory compliance and the continuous improvement of processes.

Your Impact

  • Review and analyze account balances, journal entries, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Ensure the reliability and consistency of financial data used in internal and external reporting, including regulatory filings (10-Q/10-K).
  • Provide guidance to the accounting team, ensuring adherence to accounting standards, internal policies, and SOX requirements.
  • Support financial reporting processes, including cash flow preparation, intercompany eliminations, and ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Drive process improvements, enhance controls, and support system implementations (e.g., OneStream), ensuring data governance and operational efficiency.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and/or financial reporting and Strong knowledge of BR GAAP, US GAAP, and IFRS;
  • Experience with reporting systems (OneStream, HFM/Hyperion), Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau, Power Pivot, Power BI) is a plus; Experience with system migrations/implementations and process improvements;
  • Previous experience in internal and external audit (Big Four) is a plus;
  • Advanced English proficiency with strong communication skills for interaction with local and global teams and desirable Spanish;
