Job Title: Accounting Specialist

Your role will involve assisting with the processing of accounting transactions, ensuring compliance with Nokia's accounting principles and local regulations, and contributing to continuous efficiency improvements. • Manage and process accounting activities in alignment with Nokia's principles and compliance requirements.
• Receive, review, and efficiently process vendor invoices, both PO and non-PO.
• Ensure accurate validation, coding, and posting of invoices to the general ledger.
• Support automated invoice processing initiatives to enhance efficiency and data quality.
• Execute payments and facilitate vendor settlements, ensuring timely transactions.
• Resolve discrepancies and handle queries to maintain and strengthen vendor relationships.
• Assist in account reconciliations and contribute to period closing activities.
• Engage in compliance, controls, audit support, and pursuit of continuous improvement initiatives.

You're a Great Fit If You Have:

• 3+ years of experience in financial reporting, particularly in Accounts Payable processes.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting concepts.
• Proficiency in SAP for financial management and reporting tasks.
• Advanced skills in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
