What will you do:

• Processing primary documents (invoices), submitting payment requests, and supporting other team members with payment-related matters.

• Posting and recording bank statements and card transactions, as well as monitoring the accuracy and completeness of data entered by other team members.

• Entering and reviewing accounting journal entries in the accounting system.

• Participating in reconciliations (banks, counterparties, intercompany accounts, audit support).

• Preparing data for month-end closing (fixed assets, inventory).

• Participating in automation projects (data preparation, testing new solutions, describing business processes).

What do you need to join us:

• Have 2+ years of accounting experience under IFRS standards.

• Have strong experience in accounting processes (invoices, payment requests, posting of bank and card transactions).

• Economics, Finance, or Accounting Degree.

• Advanced Excel user (Pivot Tables).

• Intermediate+ level of English proficiency

• Knowledge of ERP systems: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

• Experience working with card payment platforms such as Payhawk and Soldo.

• Experience in accounting for fixed assets, inventory, and payroll.

• Are proactive, take ownership of your tasks, and aren’t afraid to lead.

Working schedule

This is a full-time position with a hybrid remote option. It means that you can decide for yourself: whether you want to work from the office, remotely, or combine these options.
