The Accounting Specialist reports to the Accounting Manager and plays a key role in supporting Capstone Mechanical’s growing financial operations. This position is responsible for providing critical accounts payable and receivable support to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions.
As Capstone continues to grow, this role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities. The Accounting Specialist ensures invoices are accurately processed in a timely manner and collaborates closely with internal team members and external vendors to resolve discrepancies or issues as they arise.
The ideal candidate is meticulous, organized, and experienced in accounts payable and receivable processes, with a solid understanding of accounting systems and financial best practices. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and commitment to accuracy and integrity are essential.
