Accounting Data Entry Specialist with German

Our partner, an international company, is looking for an Accounting Data Entry Specialist with German to manage accounting data related to subcontracting operations. This role is key for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth financial processes.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update accounting data for subcontracting operations;
Record, verify, and reconcile invoices, costs, and accruals;
Allocate subcontracting expenses across partners and cost centers;
Support month-end and year-end closings;
Collaborate with Operations and Finance to ensure timely invoice flow;
Prepare reports on subcontracting expenses and cost trends;
Maintain documentation and support internal/external audits.
Requirements:
Degree in Finance or Accounting;
Experience in accounting, data entry, or data maintenance;
Strong skills in reconciliations and cost postings;
Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems, SAP;
Knowledge of IFRS or HGB is an advantage;
Detail-oriented, structured, analytical mindset;
Fluent English;
German is a strong advantage.
