Estimated annual base pay: $19.71 - $25.48 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable: Accounts Receivable: The AR Coordinator I is responsible for posting customer payments accurately and on time. This includes applying cash receipts to the correct customer accounts, reviewing remittance details for accuracy, resolving posting discrepancies, and reconciling cash receipts to supporting records.
Accounts Receivable: The AR Support role is responsible for managing customer portal activity and submitting invoices through customer portal systems accurately and on time. This includes monitoring portal requirements, uploading invoices and supporting documents, resolving submission errors, and following up on invoice status as needed.
Data Entry and Record Keeping: AR Coordinator I is responsible for accurately entering financial data into the accounting system and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.
Communication: The AR Coordinator I is responsible for communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial transactions, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Compliance: The AR Coordinator I is responsible for ensuring that financial transactions are compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This includes managing the documentation and storage of financial records.
