
This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of customer billing, processing vendor invoice payments and delivering exceptional customer service to both external and internal partners. This role must also maintain the established internal control environment and assist in implementing corrections where needed.Process Customer Payments: Handle daily customer checks, wires, and ACH remittances. Assist internal and external customers to ensure timely invoice payments. Serve as a subject matter expert in accounts receivable
Process Invoices and Support Accounts Payable: Process invoices promptly and assist customers to ensure timely processing. Support Accounts Payable by reviewing vendor payment documentation before release. Act as a subject matter expert in accounts payable
Maintain Customer Accounts: Manage accounts receivable banking data for customer accounts
Perform Financial Analysis: Conduct initial financial analysis of accounts receivable invoices and customer billing data for business owners and senior management
Assist with Audits: Support internal and external auditors with requests related to accounts receivables
