Senior Accountant – Nonprofit & Church Services

Location: Southern Maryland (Hybrid after introductory/probationary period)

Salary Range – $70,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience)

You will oversee core accounting functions, assist leadership teams with financial decision-making, support audits and compliance, and help implement best practices that improve operational efficiency and financial transparency.

This position offers a unique opportunity to combine technical accounting expertise with meaningful, mission-driven work that positively impacts local communities.
