We seek an Accounting Representative III to contribute to our mission to enable customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. You'll be part of our Record to Report (RtR) Accounting Operations Team, handling important financial processes and collaborating across teams. This role offers excellent opportunities for growth while working with advanced financial systems and tools in a deadline-oriented environment.
Working with various ERP systems and financial management tools, you'll process accounting transactions, reconcile accounts, and ensure data accuracy while maintaining strong internal controls. You'll work with stakeholders to resolve financial matters and contribute to continuous process improvements. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to succeed in a professional environment.
Experience & Requirements
• 2 years of experience in accounting operations, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, JDE) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is a plus.
• Experience with intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with month-end close and financial reporting processes.
• Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Experience with tools such as Hyperion, BlackLine, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
