Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. PSAK 117 Implementation

- Collaborate closely with the Actuary and IT teams to prepare financial statements in accordance with PSAK 117.

- Lead the coordination and preparation of the PSAK 117 Parallel Run report on a quarterly basis.

- Ensure proper interpretation and application of PSAK 117 in financial reporting processes.

2. Statutory Reporting (OJK & BI)

- Prepare and submit monthly and audited financial reports to OJK in a timely and accurate manner.

- Coordinate with the Actuary Team to prepare the OJK Business Plan and realization reports.

- Monitor and ensure readiness for any new reporting requirements mandated by OJK.

- Prepare and submit BI KPPK reports in compliance with Bank Indonesia regulations.

- Act as key liaison with external auditors in the preparation and completion of audited annual financial statements.

- Serve as the Point of Contact (PIC) for all reporting data required by the representative to OJK.

3. Group Reporting

- Prepare and submit financial reports to coordinate with the Actuary team.

- Support internal business planning processes in collaboration with the Actuary team.

4. Reconciliation & Documentation

- Coordinate and review the accuracy of all general ledger accounts (COA), ensuring each has complete and valid supporting documentation.

- Maintain audit readiness through proper documentation and alignment with internal policies.

5. Team Leadership & Development

- Lead and manage the reporting team to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant reporting outputs.

- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to support succession planning.

- Promote a strong compliance and control culture within the team.
