This Position reports to:

Associate Delivery Manager MDG-Customer

As a customer master data specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing customer data within the organization's database systems. You will ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of customer information to support various business functions and processes.

• Data Maintenance: Update and maintain customer data records in the database, including customer contact details, addresses, billing information, Credit Limit etc., and other relevant data as per ABB policy.
• Data Quality Assurance: Perform regular data audits and validations to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of customer data. Identify and rectify any data discrepancies or errors.

Qualifications for the role :

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance or Commerce with 1 to 2 years experience.
• Manage Order to Cash (O2C) processes, including Customer Master Data maintenance, cash application, account reconciliation, reporting, and accounting activities.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data governance standards and data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
• Utilize database management tools and systems to maintain, validate, and analyze business and financial data.
• Investigate and resolve process discrepancies, reporting issues, and operational challenges through effective problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support smooth business operations and achieve service objectives.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail, accuracy, and flexibility across shift schedules.
