Join the team behind the scenes at one of the Florida Keys’ most iconic luxury resorts. Cheeca Lodge & Spa is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Receivable Clerk to support the day-to-day financial operations of our Accounting Department.
The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for accurately billing customers, recording payments, monitoring outstanding accounts, and ensuring timely collection of revenues to support the resort's financial stability and operational success.

High school diploma or equivalent required; accounting coursework or degree preferred.
1+ year of hotel accounting or cashiering experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage sensitive financial data with discretion and accuracy
Familiarity with general accounting principles and hospitality operations is a plus.
Full-time, hourly position.
Flexibility required to support business needs, especially during month-end close or audits.
