Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with U.S. accounting standards.
- Support clients with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with client teams to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong background working with U.S.-based clients or organizations.
- Proven experience in accounting roles such as staff accountant, senior accountant, or controller.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, Excel).
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new environments.
