Job Description

Arcosa Wind Towers is looking for an Accounting & Payroll Administrator in Belen, NM.

Location: Belen, NM

What you'll do:

  • Review, update, and approve /timecards on a daily/weekly basis
  • Review and approve payroll weekly and reconcile reports
  • Update and distribute weekly Contract and Temp employee reports
  • Complete weekly and monthly labor reconciliations
  • Update Vacations and Reimbursements in UKG
  • Complete daily Dashboard, OT, and Attendance reporting
  • Audit weekly Sox reports
  • Complete end of month Journal Entries and Reconciliations
  • Track Scrap daily and reconcile monthly
  • Provide UKG training for Supervisors
  • AP responsibilities include pulling invoices on hold, submitting AP invoices for payment as needed
  • Other tasks as needed

What you'll need:

  • Associate's degree Preferred
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel
  • Ability to learn new programs and processes quickly
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for heavy data entry
  • Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records
  • UKG & UltiPro experience preferred

Working Conditions:

  • This is an individual contributor role
  • Full-time Position - Mon-Fri, 7:00am - 3:30pm
  • Work environment includes plant, warehouse, production and non-production areas and plant grounds
  • May require work coverage beyond normal business hours and on weekends/holidays
  • Must tolerate both high and low temperatures, and loud noises commonly found in manufacturing
  • Must tolerate dusty work environment commonly found in heavy weld fabrication
