An Accounting Operations Reconciliation Manager should demonstrate commitment to delivering distinctive service. This position will be responsible for leading the team that performs daily, weekly, and/or monthly reconciliations of accounts. In this position, the manager will oversee the daily workflow, supervise Accounting Operations Reconciliation Specialists, and be a primary sign-off on reconciliations performed within this area. This position will also be responsible for more advanced daily recons, various month end close tasks and Regulatory Reporting.

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent -- College degree in accounting is preferred.
Minimum Experience:Minimum of 10 years' experience in financial services, specifically in finance, accounting, and/or operations.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) or related software. Knowledge of federal and state banking regulations and compliance requirements as it relates to aspects of data integrity, security of data, and privacy. Understanding of control measures and requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley. Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills. Solid leadership and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Understanding of relevant financial, mathematical, and accounting techniques. Ability to work independently and prioritize daily tasks. Excellent client service skills. Tact and diplomacy in dealing with both clients and team members. The physical activities of this job include but are not limited to the ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods of time, use of manual dexterity, verbal communication, visual acuity, repetitive motion, and the ability to hear. Often long periods of mental concentration are required. Other activities are the ability to bend, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push, pull, lift, and grasp. This position may require FINRA licensing/certifications.
