Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Operations Officer to join our Procurement Department. This role is ideal for a finance professional who can effectively manage both operational and strategic financial activities while collaborating with multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, financial reporting expertise, and the ability to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis for multiple business departments to evaluate financial performance.
Prepare financial and operational reports to support strategic business decisions.
Coordinate and streamline workflows between Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Operations teams.
Monitor departmental performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.
Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Support procurement-related financial operations and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Perform day-to-day operational finance tasks while contributing to strategic initiatives.
Ensure data accuracy and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as ICMA, CMA, ACCA (part-qualified or qualified) will be an added advantage.
1–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, financial operations, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L analysis, and business reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
