A property management and real estate investment firm is seeking an Accounting Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting activities and financial operations across multiple entities.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage bookkeeping for owner entities and management company accounts using QuickBooks and AppFolio
• Handle invoicing, payments, refunds, and exception queues
• Support payroll processes and routine accounting follow-ups
• Set up and manage cash accounts, balances, transfers, and wires
• Coordinate with banks, vendors, and external partners
• Assist with accounting systems and vendor implementations
• Manage security deposit refunds and property-level financial items
• Support property and transaction closings with documentation and checklists
• Oversee day-to-day accounting and administrative financial operations

Ideal Qualifications:

• Experience with bookkeeping and accounting operations
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and property management software such as AppFolio
• Strong organizational and financial tracking skills
• Ability to manage multiple financial processes simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable coordinating with banks, vendors, and external partners
