The Opportunity

Our close-knit Findex Te Anau team supports a diverse client base, including well-known tourism and aviation businesses, and we’re looking for someone with initiative, accuracy and a positive attitude.

In this role, you’ll help local businesses thrive by supporting them with their accounting and bookkeeping compliance. You’ll follow industry and Group standards and work alongside experienced professionals who genuinely care about your development.

What will your week look like?
• Prepare financial statements and tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts and companies
• Complete GST, FBT and RWT returns
• Meet deadlines, budgets and technical requirements with confidence
• Work across a range of leading accounting systems, helping clients get the most out of their software

About you
You’ll bring a genuine willingness to contribute positively to the team along with:
• Experience with Xero, MYOB and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
